Incompetent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charged for work they did not do. Did not know how to repair properly. I wish I had taken my car to a body shop with a better reputation.
Last August my car was t-boned in the Target (Elmore, Dav) parking-lot. The damage was extensive ($8,000) and my car undriveable. Unfortunately, to add to all the stress and aggravation I made the colossal mistake of having Hiland Toyota do the repairs. The manager Bob is one of the most incompetent people I've had the misfortune to deal with and the job kept getting delayed repeatedly.
