Not sure who the other reviewer is, and what her qualifications are, but the patient should do the review and complain and MAKE him address her issues. As for me… he has been a life saver! Fights in our corner and has done whatever is needed to see that things go our way.
This pulmonology specialist does not follow up with patients. One of his COPD patients is now experiencing severe symptoms, bur this Dr seems unconcerned. This patient should be on oxygen during the day, not just at night.
