My experience at this clinic was great! They attended to me quickly, the doctors are very professional, and the receptionist, a Japanese girl, is the best. Thank you for treating my cavity and extracting my tooth!
I visited the office last week on Wednesday and the staff are very unfriendly. I had an appointment for cleaning and oral surgery consultation. They cancelled my cleaning when I was there because they were overbooked. They are always late on schedule. The secretary always finds ways to charge me extra - they nuke the insurance. Save your money and time, do not come here.
I don't recommend here. If you are looking for the best smile line, you should go to another dentist's office. Because the doctor was talking about the dress he was going to wear to the party during the procedure and wasn't focused on the treatment, my front teeth were asymmetrical. When I went to the hospital several times after that, I told him that I wanted him to be fixed, but the doctor said that all the treatment was over without fixing it. It's a shame because it's the most prominent place.
Dr chu is a great dentist that I have been seeing for 10+ years. I continue to make the effort to see him even though I've moved way out of area. He had put in a cap for a broken tooth that has truly withstood the test of time {15+ years}.
