I started lifting weights less than a year ago, and I was nervous when I first walked in that I would be too intimidated to make this a regular thing. Aundre and his team have created the perfect gym. The workouts are very challenging but are adapted to your strength / fitness level, and the workouts are always changing. More than that is HiitSquad has a real sense of community, and everyone (trainers as well as other participants) are welcoming, encouraging and kind. I have my family at home and my family at the gym and I love them both; going to HiitSquad is always one of the highlights of my day.
