HIIT nation is the best gym I’ve been to. Vibe is fantastic, everyone is there to work out, encourage each other and there’s no awkwardness. The coaches are approachable and supportive for all levels of fitness. Definitely recommend this gym for anybody who is trying to shape up and stay committed to working out.
The programs are the best I’ve ever tried. I’ve never felt better while making a better lifestyle for myself. The trainers are incomparable to any other gym

Once you step foot in this gym, you’ll never go to another gym again. The trainers, the community, the workouts - just everything makes this my happy place. Everyone is so supportive and they have easily become my second family. The workouts have shown me how strong I can be, and my health and wellbeing have never been better! I can’t imagine doing life without HiitNation, and this gym is the main reason I’m staying in Bankstown!
