Took my mum to this salon as she’s been looking for a new place, and I can honestly say we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy and stress-free, and the entire team made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Floris – my mum absolutely loved her hair! It’s such a relief to know she’s in good hands moving forward. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend!
I visited Hiikuus last week for a silk press appointment with clip ins and left feeling so disappointed. First of all the appointment took 6 hours when it is advertised as taking 2. I arrived at 10am and left at around 4pm...for a silk press. For many years I haven't been able to braid my hair without suffering adverse reactions and a lot of pain and discomfort. I've had cornrows done on my natural hair at Hiikuss by Florence and she is really good. Zero tension on my scalp and braids my hair exactly how I want. The salon is super clean and good hair products for natural hair like mine. I've managed to keep my style neat for a month without much fuss and my hair looked neat even when old. Definitely going back there again.♥️

Staff friendly, made me feel at ease and relaxed. The haircut I requested is not what I received. Would have preferred if she'd informed me that she was unable to achieve this rather than attempt it .
