Worst experience I’ve ever had not friendly at all
Find another Doctors office. They will waste your time again and again. Also when you call you won't be talking to anyone there you'll be talking to quadmed people and they won't tell you.
They discriminate based on medical disabilities. They refuse to let you in the building even if you MEDICALLY can't comply with the mask policy. I have a letter from my physician stating that I can't wear a mask. they were rude and nasty. the receptionist is living in fear and wants to be a Karen to patients. the nurse who runs the facility was nasty to Dr. Nguyen for agreeing to see me. she tries to boss around the VSP clinic as well.
