Their wasn't an experience. After sitting at home all Saturday morning and afternoon.. No one ever showed up. Appointment was between 8 and 11. No one answered or called or showed. Extremely inconsiderate.
Steve at Higley was wonderful! He came out to fix my washer and explained in detail what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He also gave me some pointers on how to reduce my laundry soap usage. Will be using Higley again for future appliance repairs.
