My mother-in-law Rose and my mother were both residents at Higley Mansion. Rose was there for a post surgical stay and they were extremely caring and attentive. The rooms and the overall decor is like what you'd see at a Bed & Breakfast! Several years later we needed to place my mother at Higley after a bad fall. She lived at Higley Mansion for almost three years until her death at almost 97. Great place, warm caring people.
My Auntie lives at this place and numerous times I have been there at mealtime to see her. Many times while I was there the person in charge of the dining room has come out of the kitchen and yelled or belittled the employees in front of everybody. This really upsets my my Aunt as she likes the girls that work there. I am looking for another care center so she won't feel uncomfortable.
