Office is nice and maintenance is responsive. Poor quality apartments. Move-in was filthy! Let's hope you can do better. Carpet has stains and burns, blinds are broken. Air conditioners have enough dusk to fill a basement! Gross. Stay away!
Highwoods is a beautiful community. The apartments are gorgeous, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. I have lived here for years and have had only minimal issues with the apartment/community. The clubhouse is a favorite spot for working out, swimming in the pool, or playing games with friends.
I love my non-smoking building and their gym that has really nice equipment (Peloton bike included). I feel like I can be my best self in my living space. I wish they did more community events - but I think they are bringing that back as things become more safe!
Highwoods apartments are huge, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. My bathroom has a big, walk-in shower, perfect for me. The clubhouse with its amenities (outdoor pool, indoor pool table, huge fitness center, business center with free WiFi, fireplace with huge big screen TV for watching Penn State football games!) is open 24-7. Just moved in love it so far. Much better than my previous apartment and much more spacious. The walls are thinner but overall I haven’t heard much from my neighbors in the way of noise or excessive noise.
