Family owned campground located in Grand Haven, Michigan. 1.5 miles to the beach and Lake Michigan! We offer a dog park, volleyball, basketball, an outdoor gathering area for our campers that includes a grill, patio firepit, picnic tables and MUCH more! Starting May of 2022 the campground will be revamped and under new ownership!

TERRIBLE! From the moment we arrived, the management style here was rude and unprofessional. Our reservation was mishandled, and instead of fixing it calmly, the owner blamed previous partners and employees. It took over an hour to sort out our spots. Staff interactions were consistently hostile, with yelling and condescending remarks where a simple, polite word would have sufficed. Sandwiched between a busy highway and a railroad track it's hard to hear anything or have a conversation. No full hookups, tight roads and small parking spots with low hanging trees. Not much privacy in showers or toilets. You have to drive through a car dealership to get to the park. Thats very confusing. Otherwise, it's ok. I will say it looks like the new owners are really trying. It's very close to everything and I'm sure in time it will be a great place to stay.
The owner Peter….woooof. He picked on our family during our stay and looked for any reason after the first speeding incident to literally yell at us. He claims that he is following “rules and safety” but never communicated kindly once. Our family brought a dirt bike. We rode it around to the bathrooms and to explore the grounds at the requested 5 mph while there were people on e-bikes doing maxing out the speed (and he didn’t say anything to these people).
