I had a pin freeze up in my Volvo L70 wheel loader, 1991. I contacted Mike on Thursday - they were on site on Monday first thing. They tried 30 and 50 ton pullers, heat, and finally resorted to burning the pin out (lancing). Thanks to Dexter, Cody and one other tech who was here for just a few hours. We managed to disassemble the front plates and pins finally, and I’m now back up and running. Thanks for your help and access to the right equipment. I’ll be greasing these pins more often - hard lesson learned
