I bought a 2012 Ford Focus SE and (even though today’s one day of owning it) I love it. It drives smooth with no lights on the dash, and Spencer let me know about a couple concerns with the vehicle. Highly recommend. I have bad credit and Spencer was able to help me get financing for my new car. The vehicle runs great. He worked with me every step of the way. I found the description of the vehicle on his website, inquired about it, and he kept in contact with me about everything. The people there are friendly too.
I’ve personally watched Spencer grow this business from the ground up, starting initially at the small lot in Dillsburg, the move here to Dover, and the last year of growth. Bought a car today and couldn't be happier. I just finished returning a car to a different dealer I had a bad experience with, but when I went to Spencer, he was up front about having had the car fully inspected and gave me the number for the shop they work with so I could call and verify the condition. The condition was great, and I drove it a pretty good distance across a good variety of roads to get home.
