Unhappy consumer/Warranty problems Do Not Buy a Vehicle from this dealer..........If you buy a car out right and they tell you it comes with a warranty and even give you a buyers guide which states warranty, they are lying, they will not fix. After transmission problems I brought our truck up there for them to fix and the man laughed in my face, and printed out a different buyers guide. dishonest charmers I am still stunned at what transpired with my experience with them.I bought a car from them and it was one problem after another.It took close to 5 months to where I wasnt taking my car backfor a repair.They have an onsight mechanic that is bombarded with work that I believe is a certified car painter and nothing more.Whenever youmake a payment be sure and get a physical receipt from them dont buy into their 'charm',They have no customer service whatsoever ,basicaly they will give attention until they get ... read more
GEORGE AND BOBBY ARE CROOKED This dealership is a rip off, George is the owner and after he gets your down payment and few other monthly payments, he will have bobby take your vehicle for missing a payment. George only pays $2000 - $5000 for a vehicle at a auction, after he rips you guys off he can care less what happens to you or the car, he sells it back to auction once he get his money out of you. DO NOT GO HERE!!! this place is a complete rip off first off they are suppose to have a warranty when u get a vehicle from them and then if something goes wrong they never want to spend any money to get it fixed they had there bootleg mechanic look at it he messed it up more, i had to go to a legit place to get it fixed i was 10 days late for my car payment because of the money i had to spend to fix the car and they knew that i got paid every 2 weeks so they came and repossessed the vehicle ...note that i have paid 9k on the... read more
Jokes First and four most yes eveyone has trouble here and there but. I bought my van from Highway 92 auto sales. An they have been nothing but nice to me and my family.. If you have the balls to right your review at least you could leave your NAME.
not so sour I've read these reviews and believe they have their own opinion but mine is a different tale. I purchased a truck from them which did in fact have a problem. Bobby took care of it right away and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I wasn't happy with the problem but I'm happy with the solution. Thanks 92 Auto sales.
