I rented a unit for almost 2 years and only ever talked to Jimmy who is friendly and caring. But one day the “owner” leroy showed up off his blood pressure meds or something and is fuming mad that i am using the unit i pay for. He threatened to tow my car and call the cops on me. Crazy todo when im a 2 year long customer just trying to use my unit. Jimmy is a very kind and gracious man. He is very easy to get along with and will work with you any way he can. I've very much enjoyed my time here.

Hwy 86 Mini is a great place to store your stuff. We've had a 10x10 since 2017 and have never had any problems. Mr Jimmy is always happy to help, the prices are super-fair, and the communication is awesome. Gated property, key pad entrance, cameras, fenced in property, rent drop slot, auto pay....they got it all.
