People who have had bad experiences at our facility are typically people who don’t want to follow rules and pay there bills on time. We do run a tight ship. And I want apologize for that. We been here for almost 20 years and we continue to be the most affordable storage facility around. We achieve that by weeding out the folks who don’t pay on time or Want to live in buildings or want to rebuild there engines in there cars in front of good customers doors. I don't mind this place and never had a problem but I can't ever seem to talk to someone in person. I've been trying to upgrade my storage building for almost a year now but no one is ever there. Theres no email or anything to get in touch with someone and the number goes straight to the office where no one ever is. Kind a frustrating.
I rented a unit for almost 2 years and only ever talked to Jimmy who is friendly and caring. But one day the “owner” leroy showed up off his blood pressure meds or something and is fuming mad that i am using the unit i pay for. He threatened to tow my car and call the cops on me. Crazy todo when im a 2 year long customer just trying to use my unit. I would not recommend this storage to anyone who plans on coming and going from there unit more then 1 time a year as it will piss off the owner who will throw a temper tantrum li... read more
