Dr. Ohlen and her staff treat us like old friends; they listen to our concerns and suggestions, and they are very kind and gentle with our pets. Dr. Ohlen involves you in the decision-making process, unlike many vets who dismiss owners' input, instead solely relying on expensive and uncomfortable exploratory procedures, and guilt-trip you if you can't afford them. Dr. Ohlen and her staff show amazing care and professionalism. Definitely worth the quick drive from Austin. They were so gentle with my dogs and treated them like family! No other vet for them from now on.
We have been big fans for well over 20 years now, since this vet hospital first opened in a small trailer. Everyone there is gentle and loving and caring with our pets, and they always make us feel that we have the most wonderful pets in the world. (Do they say the same to everyone? Surely not!) Highway 71 Vet Hospital is just the best.
