Ive had a unit at Hiway 365 and the manager that is there now is Mrs. Gray and she has the most upbeat attitude and assures everyone that their belongings are safe. She will make sure you are happy and you dont have to worry about your belongings, she gives reciepts back and also calls you to make sure your unit is paid and up to date, I dont understand why someone has to make a report the way the other one did but Ive never had a problem with this storage center and would recomend it to everyone.
