RecommendedMy daughter is new to the area and had a tire sensor light come on in her Honda CRV. We brought it to Highway 21 Firestone yesterday morning expecting to leave it and have the sensor replaced. The gentlemen came out to the car with my husband and checked all the sensors and they were fine, it just needed to be reset! He reset the sensor and that was it!!! Got a price tag of $370 from Mercedes Benz of Covington to replace tire with “massive nail” inside of it, that “could not be plugged because it was in an unsafe spot”. Had firestone 21 quote me, which ended up being cheaper, to have them special order and fix my tire. After bringing it in, they were easily able to plug my tire because the nail was tiny and in a repairable spot. Thank you for your honestly and integrity.

The team at Hwy 21 Firestone did a great job of putting a set of new Firestone Destination AT tires on my new Dodge Ram. The factory Goodyear’s were insufficient in my opinion for wet traction. Great value to price proposition. I had purchased a set of step bars for my truck assuming I’d have time, then I didn’t and it’s been raining every day. Dead Battery with a super prompt response. Greg drove to my truck’s location promptly and jump started the vehicle and quickly provided a replacement battery. Been coming here since they opened. They are always more than fair and satisfied with their service Thank you!
