I've been renting from self storage facilities for years now and one of the first things I look for is a clean, secure and well maintained facility... I didn't have to look far here, very clean and secure! I agree with the other reviewers 100% fantastic facility! Best rates on 10x10's (I have 2 units and a boat) Ask for Elaine, she's the best!
When I look for storage I always look for a clean well maintained facility. And this is the place!! And the rates are the best. Elaine in the office is the greatest! I've stored two trailers and an RV. Keep up the good work
Best storage facility I have ever used. Lowest monthly rates and they don’t raise them every six months. They even have discounts and move in specials all the time. The facility and units are super clean and I think they have the biggest outdoor RV storage section I’ve seen in the Yuba/Sutter area. (And how convenient to be right next door to All Seasons RV) The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I love stopping by the office just to say hi and get a cold bottle of water for free.
