Highway 16 Mini Storage has been a great experience from start to finish. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, and I always felt like my belongings were safe. The staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, making the whole rental process simple. Access to my unit was convenient, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. If you’re looking for reliable storage in the Gig Harbor area, I would definitely recommend Highway 16 Mini Storage.
Great secure storage, friendly management, easy to get into units, reasonable prices, all sizes, indoor/outdoor units, heated, or not, vehicle storage... This place has it all, except a swimming pool 😆 and there's no carnival or circus. Lions, monkeys on unicycles and those old scary circus clowns blowing up balloons would be interesting
Great place, kept clean, staff our friendly and joking which brings in a professional and at ease environment. The moving company they suggested worked amazing. I recommend the South Sound Movers as well as the storage facilities. I saw one employee going around in the morning and wiping down handles and other multi person use. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to clean and sanitize on a regular basis throughout the day
Robert is a great, stand up guy. Budget tried to come after me for a tire problem that was not my doing and Robert not only remembered the incident from a few months prior but also agreed to stick his neck out and contact Budget on my behalf to clarify the issue. Most would have just claimed there was nothing they could do or that they did not remember the incident, but Robert didn't do that. He is a good old fashion honest person and great to work with.
Rented a moving truck from Hwy 16 Mini Storage. Helpful and friendly service. I had to change my pick up reservation date online and these folks called to confirm after getting the request from Budget. Paperwork was a breeze. I would recommend them 100%.
