The lady who owns it is a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service. She was able to help when I was in a pinch, expeditiously.
When we got the call to bring car in, we presumed parts were there (since we were told no need to leave car without parts), but car sat for a week untouched while we rented a car. About a month later when picking up car, we noticed a good size dent in driver door that wasn't there before. Cookie (owner) had to look at photos to make sure it didn't come in that way.
