Cookie is extremely professional, she handled everything with my wreck and the insurance company and didn’t leave me stressed. I would definitely go back to her in the future. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Had an amazing experience with Cookie. She is quite literally the best. Immediately responded to my husband when he reached out Mind you it was Late but she still took the time to contact me about the issues I was experiencing with my jeep. Had someone to my house the next morning to look at my vehicle diagnosed in my front yard. Offered to tow it for a reasonable price if needed. I cannot say enough great things about Cookie and the team at Profix! She goes above and beyond for her clients especially when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. I highly recommend.
So I had an accident and had to have several parts changed on my Volkswagen Atlas SUV. Denham Springs Radiator turned the job down when I was trying to find someone to fix it. Well Cookie Carpenter with what is now Profix was outstanding at getting me back on the road at a fair price and didn’t take them long!
