My brother owns a Harley and on ride down the coast he had a seal go bad .... these guys push him to the front of the line and fixed his bike and got us going again...all I can say is when I get ready for a new ride ... Harley in Coos Bay has convinced me about customer service making the difference

I had to leave my Ultra here last year after I broke my ankle. This shop stored it, fixed my broken kick stand and had even filled the tank when I came to retrieve it. I left another bike for a service. Lincoln had the bike ready and even came in on Memorial Day weekend so I could pick it up. This shop goes above and beyond and is one of the best I’ve been to.
