We had a wonderful experience with Highwater. We have Hansgrohe fixtures in our home which have made repairs difficult and next to impossible because very few know how to work on them. We were lucky enough to get recommendation for Highwater and they fixed an issue - that previous plumbers struggled with for hours - in less than 30 minutes. Thankful for Michael and his team!
Michael was responsive and very professional, providing a quick, cost effective solution.
Michael at high water has taken care of our family for over 20 years and always treats us fair. He is very educational to the customer as well. Thank you for being an honest and fair company. I refer them to everybody i come across who needs a good plumbing and heating company?
I recently experienced Multiple freeze breaks in the house that we’re doing some work on and called Michael and his crew to help take care of it. These guys were fast, efficient and very clear and concise about the whole process from A-to-Z. They got out within the hour and We’re all wrapped up almost instantaneously. I would highly recommend Highwater For any and all plumbing needs. These guys will make sure you’re taking care of 10 out of 10!
High water plumbing and heating was very prompt, professional and reliable. They came in and replaced our water heater and gave me a thorough walk thru on the proper maintenance. Half the price the other plumber had quoted.
