I recently experienced Multiple freeze breaks in the house that we’re doing some work on and called Michael and his crew to help take care of it. These guys were fast, efficient and very clear and concise about the whole process from A-to-Z. They got out within the hour and We’re all wrapped up almost instantaneously. I would highly recommend Highwater For any and all plumbing needs. These guys will make sure you’re taking care of 10 out of 10!
High water plumbing and heating was very prompt, professional and reliable. They came in and replaced our water heater and gave me a thorough walk thru on the proper maintenance. Half the price the other plumber had quoted.
Michael was literally not willing to speak on the phone. He would only text. When the boiler he wanted to use arrived damaged, he said there were no others of that model available, and all were on backorder. He was not willing to install a different model. He said that is the only model he could use in that house which I know for a fact is not true since I got three other bids and all of them had different boilers that would work in that house.
