I have my Mom living there no problems with the apartment , she received 2 letters stating 2 residents tested positive for Covid but does not say what floor or apartment I think all resident should know who the person is, another thing I never see anyone cleaning the doorknobs, the stairs, the elevator always dirty, garbage room dirty sticky floors, laundry room dirty Building superintendent needs to go. I will file a complaint and ask for an inspection to be done.
