We have been so please with the care we have received for our family member from Highview Residence KW. They are kind, loving and treat everyone in their care with dignity and respect. They do their best to encourage folks to participate in daily activities or at least encourage them to come out of their rooms and watch. We are glad we chose Highview for this stage of life for our family member.
Highview was such a blessing for my mom who had Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The design of the physical space was so important to my mom’s comfort and independence. The small intimate home always allowed her to navigate her way even when she wasn’t sure of where she wanted to go. The furnishings made it look like a home, not like a hospital, and having her own furniture in her room provided familiarity and a safe space. There is such a warmth and calmness to the home.
