This was one of the worst places we could have put my mom. They did not assess her correctly and still accepted her into the home. My mother needed one-on-one care, but they disregarded our request for help. She ended up falling so badly it looked like she had been in a car accident. If we had known they didn’t provide one-on-one care, we would have never let her go there. Who assesses someone while they are sleeping?
