We had to put our dog down at the beginning of October and the vet was so kind, let us stay after hours to say goodbye and let his pack mate say goodbye. We never dreamed when we dropped him off that he wouldn’t be coming home, but she thoughtfully assured us this was his best course. Anything else he would’ve been in pain and suffering and I let her know that wasn’t acceptable to let him suffer and she made me feel comfortable it was the right choice. The veterinarian herself is an amazing person, very reassuring and kind. but the nurses and other staff are ignorant and rude. very unwelcoming, toxic environment specially because of the front desk staff. Even just a call on the phone as she was giving me some information upon my account, she had this nasty tone of voice and just seem like a miserable person. For work places do have a great review and a positive outlook they should really clean out the trash of ignorant people that work there!
called to have my dog looked at it due to an urgent issue and they said they werent taking new clients…. so what who cares if its urgent and your dog needs medical attention insantly?
Dr Smallwood was absolutely amazing at helping me say goodbye to my boi Moose. She has such a calm soothing voice, and you can tell she is 100% genuine. The entire staff at highview are awesome and you can tell they are ALL passionate and belong there. Special thanks to Dr. Banerjee as well, she was always so great with Moose.
