My family will be suing them soon. They are failing to manage my complex and although quick to take the money, they won’t fix the issues with the units even life threatening ones. This “company” should be put out of business.

THE WORST!! Absolute worst management ever. DO NOT DO business with this company. They are completely unprofessional. Never answer the phone. Are very rude. And definitely don’t manage things efficiently!! Check this out: I’ve been paying for two years now and they still haven’t fixed my doors and windows because the guy that “makes the decision” is not in the mood to. when I went to the office (after calling many times and even leaving messages) and spoke with the one guy that runs the business like it’s a flea market , this were his answer: ”that he chose to start for the buildings on the outside area because...” as he himself said “he wanted to make an impresión” and the rest I asked? His answer “it will be done when it’s done” after refuting all of his cheap excuses...and then “that’s what you get for being in an association” Are you kidding me?? This the guy that runs the business and manages your property!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Trying to schedule a meeting and see how we can switch to a more responsable and professional one.
