Our technician Jensen was prompt and kept us informed each step of the way during our window repair claim. He was thorough, and didn’t just rush through making the repairs. I’d highly recommend
Unfortunately the window sealing and repair work didn’t last even a year. When I inquired about any warranty or coverage, I was informed that normal hourly rates and normal charges would apply for any re-work.
Super friendly technicians. Prompt service with excellent working results and a fair price. We couldn’t be any more happy, our Anderson door wouldn’t open or close towards our patio now it’s now like new. It’s a 30 year old door! I rarely leave reviews but in this circumstance it’s so well deserved. Thank you Hightower and Cory.
I had 15 year old Lincoln doors and windows that needed repair and parts. The Lincoln website listed Hightower as the only factory authorized dealer in Texas. Cory sent Zach to Austin with the right parts and the repair was done perfectly. Zach was professional and did the work correctly. I will not comment on the price, but it seemed fair given the parts are very hard to find and they drove from Dallas to do the job. The company was easy to deal with and clearly knew their stuff.
