Our technician Jensen was prompt and kept us informed each step of the way during our window repair claim. He was thorough, and didn’t just rush through making the repairs. I’d highly recommend
Unfortunately the window sealing and repair work didn’t last even a year. When I inquired about any warranty or coverage, I was informed that normal hourly rates and normal charges would apply for any re-work.
Super friendly technicians. Prompt service with excellent working results and a fair price. We couldn’t be any more happy, our Anderson door wouldn’t open or close towards our patio now it’s now like new. It’s a 30 year old door! I rarely leave reviews but in this circumstance it’s so well deserved. Thank you Hightower and Cory.
I was in a time crunch to have the weatherstripping fixed on a window before selling my parents' home. I called Cory, and even though it was a small repair, he sent out two technicians right away. Not only did they fix the original window, but they also checked the other windows, found a few more that needed repair, and fixed those at the same time.
