Unfortunately the window sealing and repair work didn’t last even a year. When I inquired about any warranty or coverage, I was informed that normal hourly rates and normal charges would apply for any re-work.

Super friendly technicians. Prompt service with excellent working results and a fair price. We couldn’t be any more happy, our Anderson door wouldn’t open or close towards our patio now it’s now like new. It’s a 30 year old door! I rarely leave reviews but in this circumstance it’s so well deserved. Thank you Hightower and Cory.

I was in a time crunch to have the weatherstripping fixed on a window before selling my parents' home. I called Cory, and even though it was a small repair, he sent out two technicians right away. Not only did they fix the original window, but they also checked the other windows, found a few more that needed repair, and fixed those at the same time. I had 15 year old Lincoln doors and windows that needed repair and parts. The Lincoln website listed Hightower as the only factory authorized dealer in Texas. Cory sent Zach to Austin with the right parts and the repair was done perfectly. Zach was professional and did the work correctly. I will not comment on the price, but it seemed fair given the parts are very hard to find and they drove from Dallas to do the job. The company was easy to deal with and clearly knew their stuff.
