I love this place very nice staff
Ive seen Mary PhD for several years. She is always on time. Dr Mary feels my many concerns. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Mary....Lewis.... After about 3 years I thought I had a caring provider. I was wrong very wrong. I have had a very serious crisis and Dr Mary was sent multiple emails about a problem i had that she created. Wasn't contacted and told she receives 1000 emails per day. I would give minus stars if I could. Here’s an email I just sent them that explains my displeasure. “Hello, Your office will be receiving a request for my records from a psychiatrist of my choosing who is accessible within the next 30 days. Eight days and no resolution using Hightower Behavioral Health is unacceptable. I started the process at Walgreens on July 13, 2026 to have my Venlafaxine and Buspirone refilled. Im a 10 year military veteran and this establishment is horrible they do not return calls nor do they keep up with issuing medication or there medication appointments. The secretary Titi is always accusing us veterans of being rude because we have to WAIT weeks and sometimes months for a response. I will be reporting these individuals ASAP to the VA! I had my first visit with Queendaline "Miss Queen" Nwobodo. If you read my other recent review on this subject, I have been dealing with overwhelming panic attacks that are essentially paralyzing when they happen. I become hypersensitive to light, noise, and any sort of stimulation. In my worst episode, I had a heart rate between 150 and 180 for about 2 hours while totally sedentary, lying supine in bed.
