Great view, spacious apartment. Fantastic location, ~5min drive to campus, hospital, medical school. Also right by bus stop (10-15 minutes to campus). Update: building is falling apart, large flood made apartment nearly unlivable for one week and no compensation was provided. Contractors informed me about mold growing after the flood, yet management rudely denied it when I brought up associated safety concerns. BEWARE: I recently moved out after five months, and out of my $500 deposit, I only received $49 back. The deductions were due to inflated fees and unnecessary charges that seemed unreasonable. The apartment was left in nearly the same condition as when I moved in, but the management team continues to impose unfair fees. Poor management overall.

This place is fraudulent! They list properties with lease lengths for $999 and then you apply and they say those properties have different lease lengths than advertised and then they try to rent you a similar apartment for $400+ more a month. This is called bait and switch and is not legal! Avoid this place or get the terms in writing before you apply and they take your money.
