I have lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed my time here. The property is decently maintained, and the apartments are nice. Views on the upper floors and sky deck are fantastic, and the property staff is great. Our property manager, Blake, has been great to work with and is attentive to issues. The building is also very close to the University of Utah and the surrounding hospitals. Easy access to public transit as well. I moved into the Hightower in June of 2020 and I moved out a few days ago. In many ways, this was one of the best places I've ever lived in, and I felt very lucky to have the opportunity. I didn't encounter too many issues for most of the time I was there, other than maintenance problems related to the building being older. When the building was sold, the priorities of management were primarily related to moving out the old tenants and vacating the building. This place was horrible to live in. We lost all our amenities halfway through our lease, were moved and constantly harassed by management. All the complaints you read about were across the whole building. This place used to be a good spot to live and now they’re under extremely poor management, are undergoing a lawsuit (and changed their name to avoid being called out or having the spotlight on them) and no matter what issues you have they will find every way to squeeze every dollar out of you and not take any responsibility... read more

I've lived at Hightower almost a year now and it's been awesome living here. Blake the manager has always been on top of helping me with any questions or concerns. Any time I have had a maintenance issue Rob their maintenance manager has been right on top of it, even on the weekends during an emergency they are on top of it. Great place to live.
