BEWARE: I recently moved out after five months, and out of my $500 deposit, I only received $49 back. The deductions were due to inflated fees and unnecessary charges that seemed unreasonable. The apartment was left in nearly the same condition as when I moved in, but the management team continues to impose unfair fees. Poor management overall.
This place is fraudulent! They list properties with lease lengths for $999 and then you apply and they say those properties have different lease lengths than advertised and then they try to rent you a similar apartment for $400+ more a month. This is called bait and switch and is not legal! Avoid this place or get the terms in writing before you apply and they take your money.
8 month leases only. Who does this? What is the point? Count me out of this new rental trend.
Every other month the water gets shut off for several hours to days with no compensation. Multiple car break-in and cars stolen from parking lot and of course there’s no cameras outside. Utilities is split between the entire building so you’re paying for other people’s usage if you yourself don’t use them much. Heating and cooling have to be switched for the entire building.
