I would rate this service a negative 10 if there were a scale for that. It was very time-inefficient. For an hour of work, Jennifer did not remove even half the hair that my previous electrolysis person could in half an hour. She spent too much time talking about the service and adjusting her tools. Even when she claimed it was 4:30, looking at her watch, I saw it was 4:26. She lied. Moreover, she is very inaccurate and inconsistent, removing hair randomly and jumping from one area to another. Jennifer is an ex-teacher so she has that professional yet warm personality. She's very attentive to my comfort in terms of the procedure but also the room temperature. The treatment was very effective for me. If you're on the fence about trying electrolysis for the first time, I highly recommend her!

Jennifer was AMAZING. She is highly educated on Electrolysis and she genuinely cares about you. She is not there for business, she is actually there to help YOU because she cares. I have been to a few facilities for electrolysis and I can confidently say that none of them were as good as her. I recommend %100

This lady is passionate about her work , I've never met anyone who loves what they do more than Jennifer. She goes above & beyond to make you feel comfortable, her space is just beautiful & soothing ! I recommend her to anyone looking for a permanent hair removal solution.
