I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for DFT shirt prints and provided my own apparel. They damaged one of the shirts and refused to take responsibility. Their website clearly advertises a “spoilage-free guarantee,” yet they wouldn’t replace the damaged item or refund the full cost, including the shirt and the printing service. I've given countless "second chances" and I've held off of writing a review for a while. I just can't do it any longer. At some point, you simply have to walk away. In this case, I also feel the need to warn others about HTG standards. The positive of the 2 rating is for the end product.
