I've given countless "second chances" and I've held off of writing a review for a while. I just can't do it any longer. At some point, you simply have to walk away. In this case, I also feel the need to warn others about HTG standards. The positive of the 2 rating is for the end product. Put through a rush order with an unreasonable lead time and they knocked it out of the park! Joanna has been awesome!
Hightech Grafix used to have great service and beautiful work. However! Since February of 2024 they have went down in the toilet. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. The customer service is terrible, they have no idea what is going on. I have had a job sitting with them for 3 weeks that they cannot get right or even get done. Every single job I have sent to them since February has been nothing but issues. If you want to keep your business running smoothly, do not use Hightech Grafix.
