Getting ahold of anyone in the office is near impossible. Our garbage disposal has been leaking for almost a month now no one will answer in the office or resident portal. Office hours are Monday through Friday but you can’t get an answer on the phone any of the days apparently unless they want to contact you.

Renewing my lease at High Street Lofts, with BH Management, in particular, was a negative experience. Residents get a lease offer 3 months ahead of their renewal date. They are given 1 week to sign the lease or the base rent will go up, so the pressure is on. The lease, once residents actually go to sign it, is 70+ pages long. When I first moved here it was pretty nice. Management and maintenance were on top of things but ever since they changed companies it had went downhill. People in the community were all saying about how this new maintenance man isn't fixing anything. My towel rack and sinks haven't been fixed yet and I've reached out to them back in February and they still haven't came to fix it yet.
