Rude and misleading. Not always but, enough times.
If you read previous reviews calling this place “THIEVES.” Thats spot on. I paid $71.25 to ship an item to be signed at their two-day advertised signing of Shawn Michaels. Days after the signing I received a notification of a refund without any explanation. I inquired about my item not being signed via email. Mind you, the refund didn’t even include the shipping costs. Not until I filed a complaint with the better business bureau did Highspots respond and refund me the cost to send my belt back. I have continuously been batt... read more
