Best Machine Shop in Colorado Vaughn and his family were/are a God Send!! I am rebuilding a 1984 Jeep J10 with an AMC 5.9 360 Engine, and the engine was in REAL BAD condition. I searched the internet for a Machine shop and the reviews on all/most scared me. And then I found Highside Engine & Machine web site. It took 10 weeks but was worth the wait. Just dropped off my engine so we haven't gotten very far but really nice people. They're upfront about being way backed up so I expect it will take a few months to get my engine finished and back. But it's been an ongoing project for a long time and better to give them the time to do it right and not rush.

We took our 318 block to him to have it cleaned and honed before rebuilding it. He told us from the beginning the time frame cause he was extremely busy. We planned ahead and when he got it done it was perfect. I highly recommend him! Him and his wife that runs the front is so nice and very knowledgeable.
