If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to see my GP Dr. Sanghera for months for a multitude of reasons and she keeps rescheduling and now is trying to change it from an in person meeting to a phone call and told me to go to a walk-in clinic for one of the other reasons I need to see her. She’s simply inconsiderate and doesn’t care about her patients. Needless to say I’ll be looking for a new doctor. Pretty sad that I can’t get MY OWN DOCTOR to help me. hung up on after waiting on hold for 25 minutes. impossible to get appointment within 3 weeks. They don't care about acute illness only long term illness! Annoying office to deal with
The staff have been kind and try to get you to your Doctors appointment on time .Sometimes there are times when things are out of there hands , but the Doctors and staff do there best to help you .
Highly recomended walk in clinic. I make an appointment with Dr. Kirn Bain. The consultation was just over the phone and he is patient and really listens. He save my life. If it weren't for him i could have died because my Hemoglobin was very low. I have spoken to 2 doctors before him and he was the only one figured out what was going on. He is excellent doctor, i always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Also the receptionist are amazing. God bless you all
When I first called this clinic, I clearly explained that I needed an EI sickness form to say I was unable to work. The doctor told me he didn’t have any form and instead gave me a maternity leave note, which was not what I asked for. I paid $30 for that note. Later, when my employer confirmed it had to be the EI sickness form, I kept calling the clinic to get the right paperwork. Each time I had to repeat my situation, and it took days of follow-up.
