Receptionist was very respectful and helpful with me forgetting to pick up a prescription before I left for school in Kamloops. They had it faxed over to a pharmacy in Kamloops in under 3 minutes from the second I dialled the number to the second we got off the phone. So not including the number selection before you get transferred to the reception he probably got it done in 2 minutes maybe less which is really fast in my opinion.
Review is for the Highroads medical clinic INSIDE London drugs, but I couldn't find them on Google so I'm updating it here. My doctor is great but the receptionist is ABSOLUTELY rude (specifically Veronica), and not courteous at all. The first time I spoke to her she said I'm lucky to have a family doctor. What does that even mean!? I've had great doctors and visited other family clinics in the region and the doctors were equally, if not more qualified, so the attitude of "you're lucky to have a doctor" doesn't sit well with... read more
They don’t answer the phone.I cannot make an appointment sooner than a week.
I was told a prescription was called in for me to London drugs. I called and it wasn't. Why do people have one freaking job and they can't even do that. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
