In summary, it has been 16 months since the roof was replaced and I still have an unresolved issue. I have contacted High Road Roofing 8 times over this period and tried to be patient to get the work completed. It has been a very frustrating experience. I had some wind damage to my roof and was having some problems getting the damage effectively repaired in a timely fashion. So, I contacted Colby for advice and asked him to help me assess the damage and my repair options. Colby agreed to try to help me, cane to my house just a couple of days after I first contacted him, and he was very helpful in discussing my situation.
