I'm giving a 5-star review for a wonderful woman who has been incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns and always responds quickly to my messages. Melissa is extremely kind and supportive, going the extra mile to solve my portal problem. She deserves to be the manager. The maintenance team is also very efficient. Living in this community is fantastic, with beautiful scenery. I work in the LA area, and being away from the hustle and bustle of the city is a major benefit.
The maintenance team led by Di Angelo is the most efficient group of professionals I ever had experienced. They respond appropriately to the situation & always resolve accordingly day or night. I am grateful for the amazing work they do daily.
Staff responds quickly to all maintenance requests. The grounds are extremely well kept. All of the staff are kind, helpful people. This is an absolutely great place to live.

I had a relatively minor plumbing issue (running toilet) that was repaired within a few hours of me submitting a maintenance request. I received a communication from a member of the staff (Angelo) shortly after reporting the problem, and the job was well done by team member Patrick not long after I scheduled the repair via the Resident Portal. Thumbs up.
