I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, kind, and very organized. The pre-operative process was smooth, and all of my questions were answered clearly, which helped me feel at ease. The surgical team was efficient and focused on patient safety, and the post-operative care in recovery was attentive and compassionate. I had such a great experience at Highpointe Surgical! The staff was amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the entry was so convenient (it all felt intentional and well thought out which I appreciated after surgery especially). Amazing!

Still having complications from my surgery I’m 8 weeks post op still in pain. I’ll see Dr. Chidester end of May hopefully things will look good and I won’t be in pain by then. But everyone at Highpoint Surgery Center day of surgery were amazing all the nurses and staff were amazing to work with also very kind and patient.

I’ve had a handful of surgeries and nothing could even begin to compare to having surgery at highpointe. The staff is so genuinely kind and helpful, the building its self is very stunning and aesthetically pleasing, gives a very homey feel vs a cold, sterile feel. It was an efficient process, everything they said they were going to do, they did. Having surgery here feels like a luxury experience. Couldn’t recommend more
