Update: went back to this location again and its no better than it was. The lack of attention to the grounds and the property are evident throughout. They should have stricter rules for tenants and guests if they want people to live and stay there. We visited the area recently and wanted to check this place out to see if it was as advertised. This will be our sons 2nd year at the Pier. The they are under new management and it has absolutely gone down hill. They simply do not care!!! Prices up, customer service down, never been treated so unprofessionally and delt with such horrible accounting practices and nonexplination for all the extra added fees. Disappointed, for the money we are paying there has to be a better, cleaner and more professional alternative. :(
