Beware of the sales rep Robert Brennan, super shady. Only looking out for himself and chasing the most possible money out of customers instead of focusing on their needs. When asked to negotiate the price he didn’t even try work with me and said I quote, “It’s fine I’ll just find another buyer and sell it to them for way more”. Stay away from this place.
We love living in this community! So happy we ended up here. We looked everywhere and highpointe fit our criteria PLUS it's a Pulte build home! (Our third one) From the first visit to closing our sales guide Daniela Gallo was amazing ! Very profesional , attentive, friendly and understood our needs and concerns . Our experience during the closing process was disappointing. We encountered unexpected challenges related to how title could be held at closing. Despite working with legal counsel to structure a revocable trust that complied with the Pulte’s stated requirements, the process became unnecessarily complicated and required significant time and effort to resolve.
