Do better with ur lot configurations. U say not zero lot line but my neighbors can see what I am making for dinner. My photo doesn’t need an explanation. Definitely needs improvement in lot size. Showing me a lot does not show me how close my neighbors are. Otherwise I can recommend. The driveways are absolutely ridiculous. I just have no words. The sidewalks do not have to be so big. The grass on the other side can be less. Allow a homeowner a truck in the driveway. I brought it up during construction but nothing u can do a... read more
What a great experience with Pulte Homes. This is the second house we have built with Pulte and both times it was a great experience. Daniela the sales person was great to deal with and Jesus our construction manager was awesome and he did a great job building our house.
Thrilled to be a new resident of Highpointe! It was great working with Mario LoGiacco. He provided excellent communication every step of the way. The project managers, Jonny and Nemo were true professionals that took pride in the product they delivered. There’s a great group of subcontractors as well. I live here now. What a community. Pulte did an incredible job throughout and their people from Mario to Jonny to Mercedes to Liz are amazing. Our home is amazing and given that I have a real estate license and this was not our first "build"...I may know a little about what I am talking about here. 6 stars if possible would not be enough.
