Update: After living here for over a year now I have to change my review due to the poor level of property management in this community. The property manager himself is never anywhere to be found and unless you tell him about it he has no clue what’s going on here and the HOA manager assigned by Pulte is no better. They just give lip service and don’t actually care about how our neighborhood looks. It’s very disappointing considering how good the property management was in our previous Pulte community. For us, the Pulte experience was a great one! From sales, financing, design/selection, walkthroughs, to the finished product the whole team was fantastic, very easy to work with, and the experience enjoyable. We curiously walked in, initial interaction with Mario L. who gave us a tour, showed models, and drove us around what was, then, just a huge and empty dirt field. Overall we had a great experience with Pulte. From the beginning when we met with Mario L, we were greeted in a professional way and he showed us around the models and property and was very knowledgeable. We fell in love with this One particular model, but unfortunately there was no lots left to build the model we wanted. Mario stayed in touch with us and did all he could to make sure we didn't lose out on building our new home.
