My family lived in Highpointe apartments for the last year. I have many complaints about Highpointe. The first thing you see upon pulling into the entrance is a giant garbage heap. You pay for garbage that is never emptied. You will never be able to talk to the office. You have to call 10 times to get 1 answer. The dog waste station beside my apartment was broken off and all that stood was a jagged piece of pipe. I asked that it be fixed and it was sawed down to a sharp piece of pipe and covered with a cone. In order to hav... read more
If I could give a negative review of this place I would. I have been a resident for 2 years. Highpointe charges a high price but does not maintain the apartments. The management is rude and arrogant. If you have a maintenance request, do not hold your breath because it will not get repaired. They unethically mischarge for utilities. They mischarged me for an entire year for water/sewer. Instead of fixing the meter, they just capped off and charged what they wanted. They are currently mischarging everyone for water/sewer. Whe... read more
