I have been there and stayed with a friend and was there over Halloween..I really like the apartments they are nice and it is a friendly community...also all of the staff there are wonderful people!! Seems like it would be a great place to live to me!!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY ROOM AND KEEP THEM UNTIL YOU GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. Lori and Michaela have cheated me out of my security deposits for things I replaced on my own and a refusal from their recommended carpet cleaner to clean my carpet. Updated (bad) review after moving out: I did not receive a move put email confirming the return or lack ther of of my security deposit. I called two days in a row three months after moving out. Great place to live. Management is friendly and responsive to any concerns. Great neighbors, quiet and safe.
Lori and Michaela have been wonderful to me during my time at Highpointe. They were persistent about getting the flooding figured out in my unit, which has been fixed, and no longer floods. They have made sure maintenance is prompt with my service requests. They have been easy to speak with and most of all personable and understanding. With Affordable rent and the current management here I would 10/10 recommend people live at Highpointe.
