Rude and disorganized staff (Mikayla). Openly admitted to letting our applications sit for weeks although we reached out multiple times to confirm all was well. We paid $60 to apply and nearly 3 weeks later our apps were not reviewed for move in date only a few months away. During the waiting period the leases were filled leaving us SOL. Since management seems cool with taking people’s money and not respecting their time, they must not care if people are behind on rent!
Great property! Lori is the best! We've worked with her for years and love being a vendor for her and her awesome property!
