I lived here for 3 years and had a really nice time as a resident, especially with such friendly neighbors and amazing management. I always looked forward to the community events that management organizes under the At Home umbrella. Management is always communicative and maintenance is always timely, professional, and friendly. I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! Every apartment has its pro's and con's, regardless of where you go- however the management team w/ At Home Apartments is what makes this a 5 star rating! We lived on the first floor and one of the issues we unfortunately had to deal w/ was flooding since it was a sunken in patio. Completely unprofessional. Had an appointment with them for an apartment viewing. Instead of calling to inform us that an application had been submitted to them, they cancelled our appointment via text. I understand that someone who puts money down on an application is going to get priority, but at least have the decency to call. Just common business practice.
