Old, dirty, not very friendly – Staff is surly. Indoor pool is gross- just old, filthy, and dark. If you're going to join CAC, the DTC location is about a 1000x better. Also, this place is a lot more expensive than most other clubs in the area and NOT worth it!
Service & Trainers Suck. Way overpriced for what you get. – Way overpriced for what you get. Dirtly locker rooms. They market it as an upscale facility which it totally is not.Trainers don't follow through. Agree with previous poster. total rip off. Go else where.
Stay Far Far Away – They put a blip on my credit report because they erased my resignation letter and then charges me about 300. that i would not pay, so it hurts my credit. Stay away from these folks.
Watch the hidden fees! – They kept charging fees to our bank account! Watch out for this place, you will pay a lot more than you think.
Unmatched Customer Service – I am very impressed with the staff at the facility. I have 2 young children who love the Blast program. I never had a problem with the membership team, in fact I believe they have went above and beyond for my friends and I. They gave me passes for friends to take classes with me and gave me a massage when my girlfriend and her husband joined. Membership team is terrible – I can't say enough bad things about their membership team. Since I have joined, they have screwed up my payment (and refused to refund my money) and my membership card, alienated friends I have brought as guests, pestered me with requests to gain access to my friends and co-workers and pretty much made me regret joining. total ripoff! – This place does not get it! They raise their rates without warning and charge your charge card. THEN they have the nerve to refuse to reimburse you when the error is noted. Just don't bother with this place............. It has many other problems besides the above........ In this economy, there are much less expensive places to exercise.
the star math doesn't add up – How can the rating be so high, when the reviews are so low-- this website isn't very helpful I come from the east, I like a one stop shop for fitness, I use this information to help me-- and it isn't helpful I don't want to go one place for weights, one place for cardio, core work classes, and a good yoga class I look at ratings by users and it doesn't "add" up-- by all math --this facility isn't very good I'm looking for a good fitness center with updated equipment, group classes with good ins... read more
Best Personal Trainers in Atlanta, I have had the incredible pleasure of training at this club. – I joined this club for its exceptional tennis program. I had no idea that i would be cultivated into a gym junky. I underwent the "PRESSLEY" experience. I had no idea what I was in for, but it was well worth it.
