If I was a real estate owner that looking for a management company I would not use this company !! Most of the people that come to repairs are unprofessional look like unlicensed Companies. since they became to be the management company for the complex I live in Nothing have been fixed the right way We have patches all over the building We have patches in our apartment instead of taking care of things the right way they're trying to do everything cheap but unprofessional. Excellent management! This is the first management company I’ve experienced that makes dealing with maintenance issues so easy. With just one click, a vendor is at your door. Their team is professional, responsive, and highly efficient. The system they have in place is outstanding. I’m very impressed with the level of service they provide.
WOW. Still can't believe how unprofessional these people are. Agent who showed up to a showing was rude, didn't know anything about the unit, and left before we did. He didn't even show us the parking situation or the rooftop - the only two amenities. And while we were in the unit itself, he was outside on a call. Only spoke to us for about 1 minute. HighPoint real estate is a great management company I would recommend them to anyone who needs services. I am a tenant for one of their many clients and I have nothing but good things to say about them when there's any issue they're right on it.
