They’re great — always respond quickly and provide high-quality assistance
Awful company. Since they took over, tenants left in droves, thefts started, and the whole place went downhill. They charge $250 for a $10 mail key, act rude, and make life miserable—though repairs are on time.
Only if Google had an option to give negative stars. The one star there, is only out of necessity to write this review, because they do not deserve even that one. Suggesting that they change their name from “HighPoint Management” to “Mismanagement” or simply to "Inconvenience," as they are exactly that, and that's all I heard from them during the time they were managing the building.
