Unresponsive management and zero accountability for basic safety concerns. I have been a tenant in a HighPoint Property Managment condo and my experience with the Corporation's management has been deeply disappointing. A neighbour broke a large piece of glass and left the shards scattered across a common area lawn. Great people, any problems seem to be fixed or repaird within timeframes or asap.
Looking at the most recent reviews, I have experienced the same and have the same complaints. HighPoint followed in footsteps that would make it hard for them to disappoint, but yet they succeeded in that. Nikki is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Ignoring emails and phone calls of an owner is unacceptable when that is her job. Concerns that are of urgent need of repair should not just be put aside. Residents received parking fines during an annual garage cleaning because management couldn’t be bothered to send an email telling residents where to park. Dismissive when raised. Avoid.
Nicole and her team are the best of the best in property management firms in the London area! I highly recommend them based on working with them for two years!
