I wish I could leave a glowing review but regrettably, I cannot. The nurses' technical skills were very good, no question there. But communication was a real problem...ordering/getting prescriptions especially the all-important comfort kit, getting answers to questions, getting support from social worker, being advised when re-schedules were needed, when and if we were getting a relief nurse (the PRN nurse was FANTASTIC).
