Cannot say enough - unbelievable care , communication and compassion Truly a gift to have been guided to Highpoint by a friend in the medical field - Alec the chaplain was the literal hands & feet of Jesus for our family and went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone - your servant hearts were so needed and truly a balm for our weary souls!!
Amazing team! They never treated my mom as a patient only, they treated her like she was there mom too. They were intentional with her care. Also amazing preparing me for what was to happen. I will never forget the care and passion and love that was shown to my family after my mom passed. They were great. Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you to all the nurses that were there for me, but especially for my mom!!
When you have a loved one going through Hospice, it can be very emotional and hard. Highpoint Hospice provided us with everything we needed for care at home- band aids, gloves, chucks, diapers, wipes,etc. Piper was very patient and supportive while explaining care and what to do. She was very compassionate about the care for my Mom. All of the staff, nurses, tech, Chaplin, and case worker took time to talk and never rushed through things. They all made you feel like you have known them for a while, they were very personable.... read more
Our family faced the unimaginable this last week. We came home with my grandmother on hospice. We were lost and navigating a journey we had never walked. Piper has been wonderful. She helped us with every step in the process and even gave us words of peace her last few hours here on earth. We will forever be thankful for High Point Hospice and especially Piper.
