We’ve had two roof related incidents in the last 6 months and used Highpoint in both instances. The communication with Sean was both professional and responsive, having his team out the same day to inspect and repair. They use quality materials and take pictures to show deficiencies in where the failure occurred and what their repairs were when finished. They are in it for long term relationship with the client. Highly recommend.

Sean and his whole team are extremely professional and helpful. They used high quality materials and go above and beyond the industry standard when it comes to getting you a new roof. After the latest storm, he came and did a roof inspection within a couple of hours after the storm without us even having to ask him to. Our roof held up to the storm even though some of our neighbors that had new roofs with other contractors did not. Not one missing shingle in 80-90 mph winds! I cannot recommend HighPoint enough!

Second time I’ve used this company and they are very reasonable. Highly recommend them to replace shingles. Silicone Tune up around pipes and other areas. They play the long game.

Sean, I want to let you know that I'm completely ecstatic! The team just left after replacing all our rain gutters and together with our brand new roof it all looks so beautiful. So aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Every little detail. I can see the genuine quality today in the light if the sun and Charles and I couldn't be happier ! So dealt with Joey it took 2 weeks to get the shingles in and when they came in Joey told me start time was 7am I waited until 9 tried to call Joey no one answered then he said 12 needless to say they showed up at 230 then after they tore my roof apart the guy said the shingles was different color now Joey said they wouldn't match completely but this is black to white difference then I pulled my tractor and wagon in the yard because I did not want the nails in the yard because of my dogs needless to say they never even used ... read more
