Insurance company sent HighPoint out for an inspection. Had a very unprofessional interaction with the contractor. This was my first time experiencing hail damage and home repairs, instead of guidance I was met with "I'm going to cancel the request because I don't want to waste my time if I'm not going to get the job." All because I was having other contractors come out to give me quotes. Crew did a great job. Very thorough with clean up.
Called to see if I could get some carpet installed. With in 48 hours it was complete. They vacuumed and used a carpet cleaner to finish the job. Great people great work!
HighPoint Exteriors was fantastic in communication and setting expectations. They meet my insurance adjuster and hand walked the process for all of the repairs, INSIDE and OUTSIDE. A 1 stop business with great craftsmen part of their team. They were on time and cleaned up well. Sean the Owner even walked the roof during the re roof and double checked the work to his standard.
